I'm getting complaints that the new Slack connector the daily digests are broken (which is expected via https://docs.glean.com/connectors/native/slack/about/gleanbot-impacts#digest-settings ) The issue is the message still sends to the users. Currently, each Microsoft Teams interaction with Glean, is treated as a separate session in Glean application. This creates lots of threads on Glean app, even if the topic of discussion is the same. Idea : Merge Microsoft Teams conversation messages with Glean to a single thread, when they are about the same topic.
